About Kassidy:
I graduated from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland in 2022 and now call Boston, Massachusetts, home. If you check out my resume and portfolio, you’ll see a blend of journalism, marketing, and content writing, with each experience shaping me into the writer I am today.
While in school, I helped launch Monumental, the University of Maryland’s first lifestyle and fashion magazine. I served as an EIC and Creative Director, where I helped create digital and print versions of our magazines, planned campus-wide events, and organized photoshoots and fundraisers. The experience sparked something in me and inspired my love for blending journalism with culture, creativity, and community.
Beyond work, you can usually find me with a romance novel, planning my next beach trip, or chatting with my friends about all things reality TV. But my absolute favorite role is being a dog mom to my rescue pug, Oso.
